Buffets include fresh garden salad with assorted dressings, rolls and butter.
Choice of two:
Herbed Roasted Chicken, bone in - Assortment of breasts, wings, thighs and legs oven roasted with garlic, Italian seasoning and other spices.
Oven Fried Chicken - Delicious fried chicken with half the fat. Lightly battered with a mixture of flour, garlic and other spices.
Sliced Ham with Pineapple Glaze - Whole muscle ham, baked and lightly glazed with pineapple sauce.
Cost: $9.95 per person
Choice of two:
Grilled Boneless Breast of Chicken - Served in a light herb sauce.
Chicken Breast Florentine Style - Boneless chicken topped with sautéed spinach and melted Swiss cheese.
Chicken Breast Cordon Bleu Style - Boneless chicken topped with strips of ham and topped with Swiss cheese.
Roast Beef au jus - Thinly slice inside round of beef served in rich au jus.
Roast Pork Loin - Tender and juicy. Served in thick pork gravy.

Choice of two:
Southern style green beans, with bits of onion.
Buttered peas, with or without mushrooms.
Buttered corn with dice red and green peppers.
Garlic whipped potatoes. Ours are delicious!
Steamed white rice, made with chicken broth.
Au gratin potatoes, very cheesy.
