Mike Jasko
| Last October, our friend Mike Jasko was diagnosed with
Pancreatitis. He has exhausted his financial resources because
he is self-employed and been unable to work for over four months.
His health insurance also has high deductibles and limits on its
co-pay. He’s had 3 weeks in intensive care and has so far had one
operation to remove part of his pancreas. He was on an intravenously
fed diet for more than a month at a cost of nearly $1,000.00 per
day. He hopes to return to work in about 60 more days. Mike is a father of three and new grandfather of two children under 9 months old. Kathy and I, Owners of Swisher’s and Swisher’s Too wish to ask for your support of our ”Benefit for Mike” to be held Friday, March 31st. at the New Piano Bar, “The 88 Club” inside the Danis Fifth/Third Center (on the corner of Main and E. Second St across from the Schuster Center) from 4:30-9pm. There will be a Spaghetti Buffet provided by Swisher’s, Entertainment and Raffles. Please contact Swisher’s at 937.226.9050 or Swisher’s “Too” at 937.331.2222 to purchase your ticket. Tickets for the buffet are $10.00 at the door. Donations can be made to The Michael R. Jasko Family Fund by calling any Fifth/Third Bank. Thank you in advance for helping us help our Friend and his Family! Sincerely, George & Kathy Swisher |
